Manage your classroom by having your students help you
In this video I will show you a few examples of how to give the students responsibilities to help you. This will help you manage your classroom by getting the students involved.
Giving the students responsibilities will help manage your ESL classroom. In my experience teaching English most kids do want to help. Some examples would be having them:
- Get the books
- Erase the whiteboard
- Water the plants
- Collect homework, tests, papers, etc.
- Organize or clean the room
