 Positive reinforcement is an effective means of teaching someone. Here you will learn a few examples of how to use positive reinforcement to manage your classroom.

It's best to reward your ESL students in the moment. When you see the kids do something good let them know. It can be a compliment, a high-five, a +1, or maybe even a stamp. Rewarding them in the moment makes it more likely that they will do the same thing again.
